The white wine Jack white „without dad“, vintage 2017 from the winery Weingut Leo Hillinger has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Leithaberg in Austria.
Light greenish yellow, silver reflections. Fine herbal savouriness, a hint of white peach, with more air nuances of ripe guavas and gooseberries. Juicy, elegant, well-integrated, pronounced in fruit muscle, elegant and mineral on the palate, lingers well, reminiscent of varieties from the chalky soils of Sancerre.
