Tasting Notes
The nose has berry and slightly lactic components. On the palate, the wine is taut and fine-nerved with medium fullness, it is clearly tactile mineral and thus appears slimmer than the Pinot Gris genes (and technical data) would suggest.
More about the tastingVery fruity on the nose, blueberry, Cantaloupe melon, blood orange. The palate has a beautiful juiciness and nerve, the slender, delicate structure fulfils the promise of "Buntsandstein" as well as the intense tactile minerality. A fresh, salty Pinot Gris that is very suitable for gastronomic use.
