Tasting Notes
Medium yellow green, with silver reflections, and a slight cloudiness. On the nose papaya notes underlaid with a gentle herbal savouriness, a hint of orange blossom, and some tobacco. Finely meshed on the palate, elegant, a multi-faceted acid structure, a salty minerality on the finish, with discreet pear fruit on the aftertaste, and fine tannins on the back palate. It is long lasting, and is an individual example of the variety with good certain ageing potential.
