Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green with silver reflections and a slight cloudiness. Papaya notes on the nose are underlaid by a touch of herbal spice, a hint of orange blossom and some tobacco - a unique bouquet. A tightly meshed but elegant pear-driven palate, with multi-faceted acid structure and mineral-salty finish. Fine tannins in the aftertaste, which remains well.
