Intense and multi-layered aroma, orange zest, blood orange, nettle, chervil, kefir leaf, savoury caraway and mustard seed, walnut. Dense core on the palate with tension, fine acidity, elegant with good extract, fine phenolics and lots of savouriness on the long finish.
