The aroma is distinctly fruity and still characterised by spontaneous fermentation, but already with hints of the balsamic, savoury characteristics of the vineyard. On the palate, it is a Kabinett with very supple characteristics, but a humourless acidity shows that we are not looking at a late harvest. An exciting wine.
