Lots of fruit on the nose, complex with baked apple, date, fig, plus fresh fruity notes, mango, fine botrytis, quince jelly. Round and creamy in the mouth, very finely flowing, delicate, not massive, seamlessly integrated acidity, light-hearted sweetness, inspiring finesse.
