Gold coloured with a green shimmer. Yeasty aroma, citrus. Gripping on the palate, juicy and crisp, savoury, high intensity on the palate, taut acidity, well-fitting sweetness, immensely full-bodied and dense, also complex in the aromas, apricot, candied orange peel and then a mineral drive.
