The sekt Pinot Rosé Crémant Brut, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Ökonomierat Petgen-Dahm has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 88+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Spätburgunder, Chardonnay from the region Moselle in Germany.
Pastel colours, salmon pink. Very clear nose, nuanced red berries, somewhat floral. On the palate, the mousse is highly dynamic and fades relatively quickly, the aromas are good, the acidity gives freshness and tension, the sweetness harmonises the ensemble. Medium-bodied in depth and length, good aromatic expression.
