It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Some wax, yeast, lemon balm, peach stone and slightly menthol-like aromas are vivid. In the mouth, the flint wine plays beautifully with sweetness, acidity and mousse, the Riesling savouriness accompanies long and homogeneously, and always remains on the side of the fruit, without petrol flavours. Good length.

On the palate, the wine has a nice balance, acidity and mousse give a kick of freshness, the sweetness is well-measured within the overall rather sweet house style, the finish underpins the freshness with smoothness and savouriness.
