Light orange in colour. On the nose some mint, strawberry, redcurrant, yeasty and herbal-spicy aromas. On the palate the wine starts with a lively acidity, the fine mousse carries the middle of the palate, a present ripe intensity of fruit in the finish. A juicy aperitif.
More about the tastingLight salmon pink with orange reflections. Quince, almond and strawberry confit on the nose. The rather brisk mousse leads to a palate impression whose lively acidity is buffered by plenty of sweetness, the fruit finish appears ripe and has a good length.
