Tasting from 06.10.2023: Peter Moser, Gerhild Burkhard, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni

Cream-coloured with delicate salmon pink reflections. Restrained aroma of small red berries, yeast, apple peel, liquorice. On the palate the wine has a good density, a pronounced fruit-acidity interplay, subtle fruitiness and a refreshing mousse. Good substance and piquancy, and a finely savoury finish.
