Aroma of butternut, ripe pear, grated apple, smoke and subtle vanilla. On the palate it shows with fresh acidity and fine phenolics, pleasantly gripping, pear again, almond, smooth, medium structure and length, successful use of oak, slight sweetness on the finish, harmonious.
