The white wine »Fass I« Grauer Burgunder Auslese trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Ökonomierat Petgen-Dahm has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grauer Burgunder from the region Moselle in Germany.
Aroma of ripe apple, some brioche and delicate vanilla, later hazelnut and smoke plus a mineral base. On the palate it shows with a fine acidity, beautiful texture, pear, apple and delicate vanilla, grippy, good structure and length.
