Tasting Notes
With noble maturity and a high degree of umami on the nose, it is citrusy and reminiscent of candied lemon peel and orange oil. Sparse and citrusy on the palate with a fine mousseux and clear notes of grapefruit and fleur de sel. Polarizing with enormous length.
