Tasting Notes
The colour is truly "gris" in the French sense of the word, somewhere between rose-tinted, creamy and pale old rose. The palate is concentrated and at the same time very well-balanced, developing a sandy, fruity phenolic character, with a ripe, well-supported acidity that almost invites you to chew. A high-quality, characterful varietal with excellent length.
