Golden yellow with reddish reflections. Dense on the nose, reminiscent of hay, ripe yellow apple skin and brioche. On the palate, the flavour is clearly more citrusy, reminiscent of grapefruit with delicate vanilla. The acidity is rather restrained. Light in texture.
