Tasting Notes
Complex red berries, fine wood, light spontaneous fermentation savouriness. On the palate, the tannin is artisanal, slightly dry, but also powerful and well juiced. The structure is currently quite inconspicuous in its calm, naturally perfectly balanced manner.
