Tasting Notes
85% Sauvignon Blanc, 12% Sauvignon Gris, 3% Sémillon. The fragrance mixes floral, herbal, woody-spicy-balsamic and savoury-fruity aromas: cress, paprika, tomato leaf, green gooseberry, passion fruit. In the mouth, the wine is very dense, taut, with a lively, long-lasting acidity that revitalises and refreshes the powerful body. A stunner! But with sense and nuance.
More about the tastingA fresh, floral nose: elderflower and honeysuckle, also kiwi. The palate vibrates with tension and freshness: crisp acidity leads into a structure that is characterised by taut extract. Full on the nine! A wine for the long haul.
