Tasting Notes
An aroma with fine notes of ripeness and minerality: grated apple, seaweed, moist pretzels. The palate is full of tension, juicy, the mousse is fine, but also fresh and persistent, very civilised, as is the acidity, which gives the wine length and emphasises all the components.
