The white wine »Zahir Blanc« Cuvée trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Oliver Zeter has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 93+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris, Sémillon from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Kiwi and gooseberry on the nose, light herbal notes, cress, subtle wood. The palate is pithy at the beginning, with medium-weight phenolics and a lively acid backbone and then with a very elegant resolution of the extract tension towards a long, juicy finish.
