Tasting Notes
Very dark ruby garnet colour with opaque core, purple reflections, delicate ochre rim. Ripe notes of black forest berries with a hint of eucalyptus, ripe cherries, fine precious woods, some nougat, very multi-faceted bouquet. Complex, taut, chocolaty, vivid tannins, salty, mineral and long-lasting, still very youthful, sweet nuances of berries, but still needs several years of bottle ageing to perfect itself, at the moment still somewhat astringent on the finish.
