Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby, with an opaque core, purple reflections and a delicate bright ochre rim. Nuances of noble oak on the nose with candied orange zest, a hint of blackberry confit, a touch of liquorice and some nougat. Juicy, elegant, ripe cherries on the palate with fine tannins, which are well integrated, mineral and long lasting, shows good freshness and length, pronounced fruit finish, great ageing potential.
