Deep, dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. Fine herbs, subtle wood, fresh ripe plum fruit, dark wild berries, candied orange zest. Complex, juicy, sweet cherries, fine acidity, ripe tannins, mineral and very long lasting, red berry touch on the finish, an attractive food wine, certain ageing potential.
