Deep dark ruby, opaque core, purple glints, faintly lighter at the rim. Delicate nougat, lush plums, blackberry jam, and caramel, with soft undertones of vanilla. Juicy, complex and sweet, ripe fig notes, well-integrated tannins, mineral with a luscious sweetheart cherry aftertaste, and excellent length. Good ageing potential.
