Brilliant golden yellow colour. Aroma of fine smoke, a hint of vanilla, ripe light fruit, hazelnut, quince, fine herbal savouriness. Fresh on the palate, lively acidity, compact, very grippy with pronounced phenolics, texture, firm core, mineral base, good structure and length, savoury finish. Has certain ageing potential.
