Smoky, savoury notes in the initial aroma, nutty and also caramelised, ripe pear, yellow stone fruit, some vanilla. Firm structure on the palate, full-bodied with good fruit, which provides excitement and gastronomic stimulation with ripe acidity and mineral flavour.
