Tasting Notes
Light salmon pink. The nose mixes yeasty notes with spice (liquorice) and fruity (sweet cherry, ripe gooseberry). The cultivated mousse, the fruit on the palate and the ripe acidity all give this Sekt harmony and accessibility, despite its very dry Brut Nature character. Good length.
