The red wine »vom Vulkan« Bohlingen Spätburgunder trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Rebholz has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
Cherry, plum and rosehip on the nose with a smoky, savoury overtone, some plum confit. On the palate a good energy, deep and strong, supple acidity which flows into the soft base and opens up, the ripe but also grippy phenolics enliven the palate, which finishes with a mineral tone.
