The sparkling wine Rosé brut, vintage 2015 from the winery Weingut Reichsrat von Buhl has been rated in 2018 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Salmon colour, very yeasty notes, smoky accents underpinned by strong raspberry fruit, and also bacon. Dry and appetizing on the palate, good and dense structure, complex with powerful acidity, and with very clear expression. It finishes with distinctive vegetal and smoky nuances, and notes of apple peel.
More about the tastingStrong yeast, strong fruit, wild strawberry, blackberry. Intense mousseux, mild acidity, very discreet in the middle of the palate, light sweetness, appears somewhat lacking in contour.
