Tasting Notes
A fine grown-up flavour. Burgundy berries, salt crust, pretzel. The palate shows a nuanced, restrained style, salty tones, a very fine, almost silky mousse, a firm, taut acidity and a full-bodied, mineral-accentuated finish.
