Tasting from 17.02.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Some oak and concentrated berry fruit. Blackberry. Mint. Red currant. Also a little bit of "warm" components. Stewed figs. There are also tuffy, smoky mineral notes. On the palate, the wine is mellow and juicy, with very fine yet dense tannins and a furious tactile minerality. lively, natural acidity. Very great length.
