Tasting from 22.03.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Almost opaque in colour with brightening at the edges. Blood orange, fig and plum on the nose that plays with maturity and intensity, herbal spice and tobacco. An intense experience on the palate as well with lots of sweet extract, preserved plum, nice spice, a good amount of ripe tannins, lots of power and impact on the base of pronounced minerality. Strikes the balance of full maturity and excitement, good ageing potential. .
