The red wine »Padaperc« trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Rieger has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Baden in Germany.
This Bordeaux cuvée contains 65 percent Merlot and 35 percent Cabernet Sauvignon. On the palate the silky texture with the well-balanced tannin structure is particularly pleasing, while the fruit just manages to avoid overripeness.
