Tasting Notes
Spontaneous fermentation on the nose, restrained Pinot Gris fruit, nutty, sesame, some blueberry. Full-bodied on the palate, good density, quite linear, chalky-mineral, not a massive stereotypical Pinot Gris, but a terroir type with depth and very good development and certain ageing potential.
