The white wine »M2« trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Rothe has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Müller-Thurgau, Muscaris from the region Franconia in Germany.
Flows naturally cloudy into the glass, and that's a good thing. Yeast, apple, apple peel, hops and lime zest on the nose. Slender structure, with freshness, juiciness and tension on the palate, fine phenolics, animating tartness, emphatically dry, but not too demanding. Vin Naturel suitable for everyday drinking.
