Tasting Notes
Subtle wood spice and complex varietal aromas at the beginning of their evolution on the nose: honeydew melon, hayflowers, some yeast. There is nerve and grip on the palate, this is full of character in its tension, very fresh and also still quite young, definitely needs food to accompany it in this youthful state.
