Tasting Notes
A complex nose: initially slightly herbal, then fine almond, ripe pear, yellow peach, lemon zest and light smoke. Absolutely precise on the palate with ideally balanced acidity and light phenolic grip, a fine minerality and plenty of substance. A highly attractive finish with great ageing potential.
More about the tastingHerbal-spicy aroma, very complex, also iodised, oyster shell. Generous phenolics, vivid and fresh, a hint of roughness, smooth background, but without any breadth with a clear mineral tint and again a lot of savouriness on the finish.
