An intense aroma of sour cherry, meadow herbs and subtle buttery notes emanates from the glass. The palate is taut, dense, with a dynamic acidity curve, but also with a great deal of mineral energy. The tannins are fine-grained and only hint at green tones - youthful, enriching the tension and complexity.
