Tasting Notes
Pleasantly austere aroma, somewhat stony and restrained fruit, slightly citric notes. Mineral on the palate, dry style that goes well with the fine acidity. All very coherent, a terroir wine without being bold. Good finish with lots of flavour on the palate.
More about the tastingThe nose clearly reflects the soil: slate. Very mineral and barren. Taut and dense, salty with tart lemon zest. Hints of redcurrant. Solid acidity and good structure.
