This blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc from Erich Scheiblhofer impresses with the typical fullness and creaminess of a Chardonnay that has been aged for eight months in French barrels. A sparkling wine with beguiling freshness and an intense aroma of fresh melons with a subtle vanilla touch.
