The sekt »Pas de Deux« brut, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Schloss Proschwitz – Prinz zur Lippe has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Spätburgunder, Chardonnay from the region Saxony in Germany.
A hint of honey, berries that are typical of Burgundy grapes. The mousse has volume and dominates the attack, sweetness and acidity both appear quite concentrated, the palate flavours again show unfolded notes of apples, dark berries and honey.
