The white wine »Cuvée Pauline«, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Schloss Proschwitz – Prinz zur Lippe has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Riesling, Traminer from the region Saxony in Germany.
Lemon and orange on the nose, meadow herbs, very fresh. In the mouth, the crisp acidity is pleasing, surrounded by a delicate sweetness. A light-bodied white wine that lives from its freshness and makes a very good aperitif.
