Tasting Notes
Fine and dense on the nose, green apple, pear juice, orange zest, meadow herbs, caramel, nutty notes, walnut. Emphatically dry on the palate, lively, slender in structure, fine phenolics, very dry, but with soft acidity, mineral underpinnings, stimulating to drink as a soloist or at the table.
