The red wine »Tradition«, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Sterneisen has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Trollinger from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Quite an intense aroma, rosehip to ripe plum and red cherry, a hint of soy sauce, some beet, savoury. Lively and fresh on the palate with vivid acidity, tight structure, linear flow, without ballast, a rather small amount of fine-grained tannins. "Tradition" can also taste modern.
