The white wine »Alte Reben« Sommerach Katzenkopf Silvaner trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery BIO-Weingut Daniel Then has been rated in 2019 with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grüner Sylvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
A spicy, but also fresh Silvaner fragrance. Delicate yeast. Good density on the palate, firm acidity structure, a hint of green tones is integrated full-bodied, but also a layer of extract sweetness, intensely tactile-mineral underpinned, a Silvaner full of certain ageing potential.
