Light greenish yellow, silver reflections. Fine white tropical fruit, a hint of guava, stone fruit, lime zest, in the background some blossom honey. Medium complexity, juicy, notes of apricots and mandarins, fine acidity, mineral and firm in the finish, salty and lemony aftertaste, a multi-faceted food wine.
