Light golden yellow colour, silver reflections. Fine honey blossom, stone fruit, notes of lime blossom, lemon balm, candied mandarin zest, multi-faceted bouquet. Taut, juicy and elegant, tightly woven texture, complex and yet very light-footed, salty touch on the finish, good balance, very drinkable, a great companion at the table.
