Pale greenish yellow, silver reflections. Delicately smoky and savoury reduction nuances, light notes of yellow tropical fruit, hints of mango and Nashi pear, mineral background, candied lime zest, lemony notes and subtle wood spice, extremely fresh and animating bouquet. Full-bodied, complex, hints of peach and pineapple, silky texture, full of finesse, salty and very persistent, great length and good ageing potential.
