Medium greenish yellow, silver glints. Delicate savoury wood nuances, a hint of meadow herbs, followed by a faint nutty reduction note underlaid with lime zest. Succulent, white peach fruit, compact and taut, underpinned by citrus minerality, the Puligny-Montrachet of Burgenland, marked by a silky-saline finish. Already accessible, a multifaceted food accompaniment.
